Tick paralysis is a serious, life-threatening condition for dogs. Watch this video to see a professional tick removal demonstration and learn why quick action is key to saving your pet's life!

What You'll See:

  • Prompt Presentation: Little Jo's observant mum found a tick on the top of her head and brought her in immediately—a decision that averted a full-blown crisis, saving Jo from suffering tick paralysis, and saving her mum significant distress and expense!

  • Professional Removal: Watch our amazing veterinarian, Dr. Nyssa Ross, safely and expertly remove the tick.

  • Fear-Free Handling: Our Veterinary Technician, Destiny Marshall, demonstrates compassionate, fear-free techniques to keep Jo calm, happy, and willing to participate during the procedure. This is how we ensure positive experiences for your pets!

The Tick Prevention Solution:

Because Jo wasn't on tick prevention, her mum opted for the ultimate peace of mind: a Bravecto Quantum annual flea and tick prevention injection. This long-lasting protection only cost her $67!

Tick prevention is always cheaper than treating tick paralysis. Don't wait until it's too late!

Of course! If your mornings are as busy as ours, we totally understand. Just give us a ring to arrange an early drop-off time. We're here to make your day a little easier!

Do you operate by appointment only?

Yes, we do! Making appointments helps us keep wait times short and stress levels low—for both pets and owners. Plus, it's a big help in managing everything smoothly during these times. Be sure to give us a call before you come by!

Opening Hours & Vet Schedules?

We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and from 8am to 12pm on Saturday Mornings. Dr. Nyssa Ross works Tuesday through Friday and alternate Mondays and Saturdays, from 8 AM to noon. Dr. Briony Starer keeps a similar schedule, sharing Saturday mornings. Your pet's health is our top priority!
